We’re super excited to be future residents of the Waldorf Astoria Residences St. Petersburg. When it was first announced as a 49-story tower, we were already blown away, but finding out it’s now going to be 50 stories tall? That just took it to another level! The views from up there are going to be absolutely unreal.
One of the biggest perks for us was hearing that owners get discounted rates at Waldorf Astoria hotels and Hilton Diamond status.
The floor plans are another thing that really impressed us. They’re thoughtfully designed with open layouts, high ceilings and massive windows to take in those views. Everything looks spacious and high-end.
We’re also loving the details coming to the residences themselves, especially the Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances. It’s great to see they’re not cutting any corners when it comes to quality.
Let’s talk about that sky lounge. It’s inspired by Peacock Alley, which is this gorgeous space in the original Waldorf Astoria in New York. It’s going to be something special.
We just started a Facebook group for future residents of the Waldorf Astoria Residences St. Pete and we’re really looking forward to growing it. It’s a great way to meet neighbors, share updates and get excited together while we wait for everything to come to life.
All in all, we can’t wait to call this place home. This is going to be an incredible building!
